Yes. Our first call or message exchange is completely free. We'll assess your situation and tell you exactly what you need — whether that's a gestor, a solicitor, a specific admin appointment, or just pointing you to the right guide.
How quickly do you respond? ▾
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. If your situation is urgent — for example, you have a property exchange deadline or a move in the next few weeks — mention it and we will prioritise.
I'm not moving yet — can I still get advice? ▾
Absolutely. Many people contact us 6–12 months before their planned move to understand what is involved. Early planning — especially for NIE applications and property — makes everything significantly smoother.
Do you help non-English speakers? ▾
Yes. We support enquiries in both English and Spanish. If you communicate better in another language, mention it in your message and we will do our best to help.
